Services We Provide
1. Verify all doors and windows are secure
2. Check for water leaks or damage inside and outside of the property
3. Visual inspection for insects or rodents
4. Check on A/C and cooling. Please advise preferred temp setting.
5. Run faucets and sink disposals and flush toilets
6. Check to confirm the main water valve is off after each inspection.
7. Check panel for tripped breakers and confirm water heater is off
8. Visual inspection of home, garage, and lanai checking on pool maintenance and screens.
9. Walk the outside of the property looking for any damage or vandalism, bring in any mail or packages.
10. Confirm check list or service performed.
11. Report any concerns or abnormalities immediately.
